The last day of my roommates life, my roommate Heidi, my husband and I went to a Mexican restaurant "Paco's Taco's" for lunch.
My husband and I don't usually eat Mexican food but she recommended and she loves this place.

A big burrito filled with beef, avocado, beans & lettuce, topped with special green sauce and melted cheese.Yes, It's Giant Burrito! I shared with my husband.
The half was enough...since I was eating tortilla chips lots before.
